Avalon Risk Management, LLC | Schaumburg, IL is seeking a customer support professional to join our Regional Operations Support team. This full-time hourly, hybrid role supports our regional offices by handling Level 1 client communications and ensuring timely, accurate document processing.

After training, new hires work in a hybrid environment and help brokers with renewals, document collection, and client follow-up.

Competenze

• 3+ years of professional customer service experience.
• Direct insurance support experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organization and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and email workflows.

Mansioni

• Own Level 1 customer support, send reminder emails and verify submission completeness.
• Email renewals and urgent alerts to broker clients.
• Use DocuSign and JotForm to collect and review documents.
• Track insufficiencies and notify regions and broker clients of status.
• Update and maintain tracker spreadsheets, including upcoming renewals.
• Verify bond emails contain all required documentation.
• Notify internal partners by email when broker has been unresponsive.
