You will guide budgeting, forecasting, and technology-driven improvements while coordinating with customers and vendors.

With 3+ years in transportation operations leadership, you will drive process improvements, lead multi-state teams, and travel up to 25% to support sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3+ years management/leadership in transportation operations.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, planning and communication skills.
• Ability to travel 15-25%.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Word and warehousing systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of multiple locations and teams.
• Lead regional customer-facing operations and sponsor projects.
• Analyze distribution, budgeting, forecasting, and technology advancements.
• Coordinate with customers, internal teams and vendors to resolve issues.
• Develop budgets and KPI targets for the function.
