Job summary

Vantive is seeking a Regional Logistics Leader to manage day-to-day operations across multiple locations in the U.S. region, including distribution, transportation, and fleet execution.

You will sponsor improvements and drive performance across service, safety, cost, and quality for home patient delivery operations. The role requires overseeing multiple sites, leading teams, and delivering regional operating plans with strong collaboration across cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in transportation, logistics, distribution, or delivery operations.
• Experience overseeing multiple locations and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional home patient delivery operations across multiple sites and partners.
• Own operating performance for the region across service, safety, cost, and quality.
• Develop and execute the regional operating plan including capacity, labor, routing, and peak-readiness.
• Provide escalation governance for complex delivery or customer issues.
• Manage third-party logistics and transportation partner performance (SLAs, issues, reviews).
• Sponsor and govern continuous improvement initiatives to improve safety, service, efficiency, and cost-to-serve.
• Lead, coach, and develop site leaders and teams; manage performance and training.
• Ensure compliance and audit readiness with Quality, Training, and HR.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Customer Care, Distribution, Planning & Deployment, Transportation, Tech Support, Credit & Collections, Sales).
• Provide forecasting and budget inputs for the assigned region.
