Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in substation construction or EPC delivery.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, risk, and change control.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional leadership for substation EPC and construction projects.
• Manage regional programs and project portfolios to meet safety, quality, schedule, and financial goals.
• Forecast and plan regional resource requirements based on current and projected workloads.
