The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving, with travel across the region and a focus on delivering high-quality electrical infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field, plus 10+ years related experience.
• Proven leadership of regional substation EPC/construction programs and budgets.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; travel flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional leadership for substation EPC/construction projects across multiple facilities.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, resources, schedules, and risk across the region.
• Develop customer relationships and support regional growth initiatives.
• Coach and mentor project managers, superintendents, and regional leaders.
