Job summary
Michels Power, Inc. is seeking an EPC Project Manager to lead complex power delivery projects across transmission, distribution, and substations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of project management experience within utility infrastructure or EPC environments.
- Experience managing EPC projects with Overhead Transmission, Overhead Distribution, and/or Substation construction.
Responsibilities
- Lead EPC projects from award through closeout, ensuring contractual requirements are met.
- Develop execution plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
- Monitor performance and address schedule, cost, quality, or resource issues.
- Manage project risks, change management, and client satisfaction.
