Job summary

solidcore is seeking an Area Manager to lead multiple studios (Annapolis, Fed Hill, Harbor Point, Bethesda, and others) and drive growth. You will oversee scheduling, operations, and profitability while building a strong local team and community partnerships.

Responsibility includes coaching Head Coaches, managing KPIs, and executing strategy with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset in a fast-paced, studio-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple studios or units.
• Proven ability to drive revenue and profitability.
• Strong communication and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and monitor class schedules with adequate coverage.
• Own operational and financial responsibility for multiple studios.
• Deliver revenue targets and develop top talent.
• Partner with Director of Studios on day-to-day operations and company policies.
• Report on KPIs: sales, utilization, retention, expenses, payroll.
• Develop local initiatives and marketing to drive traffic and goals.
• Build relationships with local health and wellness communities and partners.
• Coach and lead Head Coaches/Community Managers.
• Ensure prompt client communications and high service standards.
