Job summary

solidcore is seeking an Area Manager to lead a portfolio of studios across Annapolis, Fed Hill, Harbor Point, Bethesda, and more. You will oversee schedules, revenue, and staff performance, driving growth while maintaining brand standards in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

The role requires on-site studio visits 75% of the week and travel, with some remote time, and a strong focus on people leadership and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven track record of hitting revenue targets and profitability.
• Strong analytical skills and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Create and monitor class schedules with adequate coverage; optimize ahead.
• Own operational and financial responsibility for multiple studios.
• Deliver revenue targets and develop top talent within the area.
• Collaborate with Director of Studios to implement company strategies and policies.
• Prepare and analyze KPIs including sales, utilization, retention, expenses, and payroll.
• Develop local initiatives and marketing strategies to drive traffic.
• Foster relationships with local wellness communities and influencers.
• Coach and lead Head Coach-Community Managers; maintain a minimum 8 classes per month.
• Ensure prompt client communications and high-quality service.
