Job summary

Target is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst for Stores Finance – Non-Payroll & New Stores/Remodels.

You will plan, forecast, and analyze over $500M in non-payroll spend, partnering with Store Ops, Accounting, Procurement, and HQ teams to influence budgets and forecasts. Ideal candidates have a four-year degree in a related field and 4+ years of finance/accounting experience, with strong Excel skills and analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or Finance.
• Four or more years Finance/Accounting or related Operations experience.
• Experience working with spreadsheet applications (Microsoft Excel).
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, project management, planning and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, forecast, analyze, and influence over $500M of Stores non-payroll expense.
• Partner with HQ and field teams to influence strategies and forecasts.
• Drive core financial planning routines and consolidate models and reporting.
• Lead annual HQ budgeting for Stores and serve as resource planning expert.
• Maintain pulse on business results and escalate risks and opportunities.
