Target is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst in Stores Finance to drive planning and analytics for over $500M in non-payroll expenses. This role partners with Store Operations, Accounting, and Procurement to shape budgets and forecast accuracy across the organization.

You will lead quarterly and annual planning cycles, develop robust models, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership while delivering value through partnership and data-driven decision making.

Qualifikationen

• Four-year degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or Finance.
• Four or more years Finance/Accounting or related Operations experience.
• Experience working with spreadsheet applications (Microsoft Excel).
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, project management, planning and organization skills.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with strong initiative and willingness to take risks.

Aufgaben

• Plan, forecast, analyze, and influence over $500M of Stores non-payroll expense.
• Partner with HQ and field teams to influence future strategies and forecasts.
• Influence results and drive budget accountability with Stores field teams through reporting and insights.
• Drive core financial planning routines for Stores, including forecasting and budgeting.
• Lead HQ budgeting process for Stores and serve as resource planning expert.
• Monitor business results and escalate risks to senior leadership.
