Heytea in Boston is seeking a Regional Store Operations Supervisor to oversee multiple franchised locations and drive the regional launch and continuous improvement agenda. You will lead operations, merchandising, and compliance while ensuring top-tier customer experience across stores.

• 3+ years of multi-unit management experience in fast-paced retail or food service.
• Proven ability to drive sales growth and maintain brand standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee operations of multiple Heytea stores within a defined region, ensuring brand consistency.
• Lead store openings, compliance, inventory, and merchandising improvements.
• Support store managers with performance reviews and staff development.
• Monitor customer experience and implement strategies to boost satisfaction.
• Collaborate with partners to plan expansion and talent pipelines.
