Heytea is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead operations at our New York store. You will oversee daily activities, develop staff, and drive exceptional customer experiences while aligning with Heytea’s goals for growth in the U.S. market.

You will manage inventory, analyze sales, and collaborate with marketing on promotions, ensuring health and safety compliance in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership and bilingual preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years in food service, retail or hospitality management.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin Chinese preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with inventory control and sales analysis.

• Store Operations Management: Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning, adherence to policies, and high-quality service.
• Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a team, fostering a positive culture and achieving goals.

• Strategic Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with marketing to execute promotions and events that drive traffic.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations.
