Job summary

Sharetea & UG TEA is seeking a Senior Operations Supervisor to bridge our Taiwan Headquarters with stores across the United States, driving expansion, brand execution, and operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership, cross‑cultural communication, and a deep understanding of the U.S.

market. You will oversee new store openings, deploy HQ policies, conduct store visits, standardize procedures, and drive regional growth.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong business communication skills.
• Experience in chain restaurants, retail, hospitality, or service industries.
• Experience working in the U.S. market or multi‑unit operations preferred.
• Proven cross‑cultural communication and collaboration abilities.
• Desireable self-motivated, proactive attitude and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• New store development and operations support for regional expansion with ongoing guidance.
• HQ policy and brand execution across U.S. locations, including training and launch support.
• Field operations and store audits to monitor performance and enforce standards.
• SOPs and operational standardization to deliver a consistent brand experience.
• Regional performance management: setting and driving sales targets with store teams.
