Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of multi-unit management experience in food/beverage or retail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for multiple Heytea stores within a region.
• Lead store openings and new store launches with compliance testing.
• Audit stores for brand standards, health and safety compliance, and inventory control.
• Drive sales performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and mentor regional store managers and teams.
