Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager – Regional Sales to drive early-stage sponsorship sales and identify prospective clients for Live Nation’s Sponsorship Division. You will generate qualified leads, secure meetings, and support the sales team with outreach strategy, research, and CRM updates.

You will collaborate with Sales & Strategy leadership to develop partnerships with leading brands, gaining exposure to industry decision-makers and growing Live

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, or a related field.
• Interest in sponsorships, brand partnerships, and live events.
• Proactive, highly motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent research, communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective clients and key decision-makers across target industries.
• Outreach via email, phone, and social channels to generate interest and schedule meetings.
• Maintain CRM with pipeline information and metrics.
• Prepare pitch materials, decks, and proposals to support sales initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to hand off qualified leads and align outreach priorities.
• Stay informed on industry trends to support lead generation.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate follow-ups with prospective clients.
