Genuit Group is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead the Specification Sales Team across the South of England and Wales. You will drive strategic growth, collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor staff to exceed targets while visiting customers and delivering seminars and events.

The role emphasizes leadership, market insight and strong relationship building with consultants and end clients, with travel to support the team.

Formación

• Proven field sales track record of achievement and/or management of a field sales team.
• Strong leadership, initiative and enthusiasm to drive team performance.
• Excellent organisation, planning and time management skills to meet targets.
• Effective communication and presentation/report writing abilities.
• Knowledge of UK Building Regulations in commercial ventilation is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the Specification Sales Team to exceed targets and manage performance.
• Forecast targets, track sales, report to Sales Director weekly/monthly.
• Develop specification sales via customer visits, seminars and events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to grow the market and win work.
• Host monthly team coordination meetings for training and feedback.
• Maintain regular updates in the Project Tracking system for operations.
• Report market conditions and identify growth areas for marketing initiatives.
• Work with product managers to identify future development opportunities.
• Present product and technical information to diverse audiences.
