Job summary

Mars in Franklin, TN is seeking an MSNA Governance & Controls & Sustainability Integration Manager to lead regional SOX/ICE harmonization and the integration of sustainability reporting frameworks. This project-based role partners with Global Snacking controls, regional finance, and stakeholders to ensure a harmonized control environment and timely reporting.

The position requires a strong accounting foundation (Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance), 8+ years in audit or internal controls, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; Master's preferred.
• 8+ years of audit, internal controls, or corporate accounting experience.
• CPA or other professional certification preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP or equivalent ERP system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional SOX/ICE harmonization and integration with global and regional teams.
• Coordinate ICE controls testing, documentation, and gap closure within the MSNA region.
• Oversee transition of control responsibilities during operating model changes.
• Drive sustainability reporting integration to meet Mars and Global requirements.
• Partner with Controllership to align finance processes with global standards.
