Mars is seeking a Senior Manager, North America Controllership Integration to drive finance integration and transformation initiatives across the NA region. You will partner with Finance, Digital Technologies, and Transformation teams to implement future-state processes, systems, and controls.

The role is project-based with an expected end date in Q2 2028, with opportunities to explore other roles within the Mars family.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 10+ years of accounting or financial audit experience required.
• Consumer Product Goods industry experience required.
• SAP Experience or Equivalent ERP system preferred.
• Experience leading teams.
• Expertise in technical accounting and financial processes.
• Scale and complexity in CPG industry.
• Proficiency presenting to senior finance leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the regional implementation of one set of financials initiatives, including: end-to-end deployment of CFIN across the North America region, ensuring processes, reporting structures, and controls are aligned for go-live.
• Accelerate the regional close process with 3-Day Close acceleration.
• Convert Kellanova’s financial calendar to Mars' 13-period structure.
• Harmonize accounting policy based on Mars and Kellanova differences.
• Define approach for enabling brand financials reporting and standup capabilities.
• Assist restatement of FY26 per Global instructions.
• Support Anaplan implementation for joint planning and forecasting.
