Mars is seeking a Governance & Controls and Sustainability Integration Manager to serve as the liaison between global integration programs and regional execution in North America. You will drive the local integration of internal controls (SOX/ICE) and sustainability reporting, partnering with Global Snacking controls, regional finance, and stakeholders to ensure a harmonized control environment.

This project-based role ends in Q2 2028, with potential opportunities within Mars family.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; Master's preferred.
• CPA or other professional certification preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in audit, internal controls, or a corporate accounting environment required.
• Strong knowledge of SOX/Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICE).
• Experience in the Consumer Product Goods (CPG) industry required.
• Familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks is a plus.
• Proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across different levels of an organization.
• SAP or equivalent ERP system experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the regional lead for integrating Kellanova into the Mars internal control framework, working closely with global and regional teams.
• Plan the regional approach for ICE controls testing and documentation; support SOX/ICE gap analysis and control rationalization.
• Oversee the transition of control responsibilities from operating model changes and ensure secure handoffs.
• Lead the regional integration of sustainability reporting to meet Global and Mars Inc. requirements; provide necessary financial data and process support.
