Job summary

Mars is seeking a Senior Manager, North America Controllership Integration to drive finance integration and controllership initiatives across the NA region. This project-based role partners with Finance, Digital Technologies, and Transformation teams to implement future-state processes, systems, and controls.

The position involves leading regional initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional leaders, and contributing to core financial transformations with a defined end date in Q2 2028.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of accounting or financial audit experience.
• CPG industry experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; Master's preferred.
• Experience leading teams; SAP or ERP system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional implementation of financials initiatives across North America.
• Support One Source of Truth (OSoT) deployment and end-to-end CFIN rollout.
• Accelerate the 3-Day Close and align calendar to Mars 13-period structure.
• Harmonize accounting policies between Mars and Kellanova.
• Define approach for brand financials reporting and standup capabilities.
• Assist with FY26 restatement per Global instructions.
• Support Anaplan implementation for joint planning and forecasting.
• Drive intercompany process alignment and cost/eliminations.
• Oversee migration of legacy tools to future-state platforms.
