As the regional lead, you will drive system solutions and collaborate closely with Sales, FAEs, Product Groups, and Channel marketing to expand growth in this segment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business development, field applications engineering, marketing, or related roles.
• Deep understanding of the Industrial Automation market.
• Experience with technical field sales and FAE's; building field relationships.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with key customers to uncover design wins and drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with channel sales/marketing to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with Business Units, Sales, and FAE's on promotion and BD activities.
• Build relationships with technical and procurement stakeholders in automation.
• Translate market needs into product requirements and roadmaps.
• Monitor competition and market dynamics to guide responses.
• Prepare customer presentations and develop field training material.
