Job summary

Renesas Electronics, a leader in embedded semiconductor solutions, seeks a regional lead for Industrial Automation solutions. You will drive engagement with key customers, promote system-level solutions, and collaborate with Sales, FAEs, Product Groups, and channel marketing to grow design wins and revenue in the automation space.

In this role, you will expand growth by developing strategic engagement plans, creating compelling collateral, and aligning roadmaps with market needs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business development, field applications engineering, marketing, or related roles.
• Deep understanding of the Industrial Automation market: trends, solutions, challenges, competitors, standards, etc.
• Experience with technical field sales and FAE's with ability to follow up on leads and build relationships in the field.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical abilities, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with key market driving customers to understand requirements and drive solution-level wins.
• Collaborate with channel sales/marketing to identify growth opportunities with winning solutions.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams in solutions promotion and business development activities.
• Build relationships with technical and procurement stakeholders in the industrial automation base.
• Define product requirements with Product Groups and refine roadmaps.
• Monitor market dynamics and competition, provide recommended responses.
• Prepare customer presentations to communicate value propositions and maximize adoption.
• Develop product collateral, competitive analyses, and field training materials.
