Job summary

Bitfocus is hiring a Solutions Consultant to own the full sales cycle for an assigned portfolio across your region. You will drive revenue growth by combining consultative selling with regional expertise, including travel to industry events and client sites.

You will work with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to keep messaging aligned with field realities, and you will maintain CRM accuracy in HubSpot to forecast effectively.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50% for client visits and events.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Experience selling to government or human services a plus.
• Comfort representing Bitfocus in public settings.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for assigned portfolio, from outreach to close.
• Grow and renew existing accounts, identifying expansion opportunities.
• Represent Bitfocus at conferences, trade shows, and regional events.
• Develop compelling proposals and respond to RFPs with accuracy.
• Build regional market knowledge to anticipate client needs.
