Wisconsin Electric Power, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking a Regional Solar Sites Supervisor for the Badger Hollow and Koshkonong Solar Site locations in Wisconsin. This role collaborates with supply chain to negotiate O&M vendor agreements and to monitor compliance with contracted terms.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree or 5 years generating facility leadership experience, 3+ years in a relevant role, and a valid driver’s license.

• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years generating facility leadership experience with oversight of budgets and contracts.
• Valid driver’s license and meet the company’s driving requirements.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provides daily oversight of O&M vendor to ensure proper operation and maintenance of generating facilities.
• Works with O&M vendor, outage management, and plant projects to establish long-term schedules for availability and reliability.
• Responsible for budgeting, scheduling, and execution of plans; optimizes staff and facility performance.
• Evaluates operations and maintenance procedures; promotes a diverse, safe workplace.
• Coaches and evaluates vendor performance; ensures safety and compliance with policies.
• Ensures environmental regulations compliance and community relations.
• Collaborates with Engineering on all aspects of facility operations and maintenance.
• Provides reports to directors and executives regarding O&M activities and budget.
• Travel across solar sites approximately 25% of the time.
