Job summary

WEC Energy Group is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to provide leadership across multiple Wisconsin locations, including Pewaukee and Racine. You will oversee materials, transportation, and inventory management, aligning with regulatory requirements and continuous improvement goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field or 8 years of equivalent leadership experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or related field is required.
Minimum of five years of management experience in Supply Chain; in lieu of degree, 8 years of leadership in Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

Lead and influence the performance of employees at multiple locations.
Ensure a safe work environment for all employees.
Ensure safety, data accuracy, work quality and productivity standards are met.
Plan, schedule, and manage logistics work assignments (receiving, shipping, picking, put away, etc.).
Coordinate resource allocations for emergencies and outages.
Maintain relationships with employees, unions, customers and suppliers.
Plan and manage budgets to meet departmental objectives.
Participate in Supply Chain alliances and project teams.
