Job summary

Wisconsin Electric Power, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, seeks a Regional Solar Sites Supervisor for Badger Hallow and Koshkonong sites in Wisconsin. You will manage O&M contracts, coordinate with project teams, and ensure reliable plant performance across sites.

Qualifications include a engineering/business degree or 5 years’ leadership experience, 3+ years in relevant roles, and a valid driver’s license. Travel ~25% and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business related field, or 5 years of leadership experience in generating facilities.
• Valid driver’s license and meet driving requirements.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily O&M vendor operations to ensure proper operation and maintenance of generating facilities.
• Coordinate with O&M vendor, outage management, and plant projects to set long-term schedules for availability and reliability.
• Budget, schedule, and execute plans; optimize staff and facility performance.
• Evaluate operating procedures and promote safety, diversity and continuous improvement.
• Coach and evaluate O&M vendor staff; emphasize safety and compliant practices.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and maintain community relations.
• Collaborate with engineering on all facility operations and maintenance aspects.
• Provide reports to directors and executives on O&M activities and budgets.
• Travel across solar sites approximately 25% of the time.
