You will drive lead generation, train and motivate reps, and manage pipelines from prospect to install to meet monthly and annual targets.

Average compensation in California ranges from $190,000 to $220,000 in the first year, with incentives; starting salary is compliant with local wage requirements.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Partners with Retail and Ad Teams to ensure adequate lead generation and ensures the Field Sales Consultants are tracking and converting leads into opportunities and sales.
• Ensures Field Sales Consultants are trained, motivated, and empowered to successfully meet sales standards, including self generation sales, referral sales, and company opportunity sales.
• Owns regional customer relations issues and resolves escalated customer concerns with internal departments and stakeholders.
• Manages and tracks the team’s sales progress from the sales pipeline to installation using Salesforce reports and regular meetings.
• Works with the team and Regional Sales Director to manage and analyze sales pipelines from sale to install.
• Generates and maintains accurate Sales and Operations forecasts for the assigned region and provides updates and competitive pricing insights.
