This leadership role includes accountability for performance metrics such as cost efficiency and customer satisfaction, while managing a team to ensure high standards of service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in residential solar installation with strong knowledge of system components.
• At least 2 years of managing teams in a service or operational environment.
• Experience working with third-party service providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the service coordination operation from intake to invoicing.
• Manage a team, set performance expectations, monitor KPIs.
• Drive performance against operational metrics such as cost and customer experience.
