Carolina Solar Services is seeking a Regional Manager to lead the operations and maintenance of solar facilities in the region. You will guide a team of field technicians to ensure safe, timely delivery of service obligations and uphold high standards of customer care.

The role requires deep knowledge of solar O&M practices, strong leadership, and a focus on safety, with responsibilities including training, scheduling, and budget management across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in utility solar PV.
• 3 years of service or project-oriented management experience.
• Ability to manage safety programs and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Lead a group of 6-10 field technicians and promote safety and quality.
• Oversee and manage service obligations with on-time delivery and customer service.
• Coordinate emergency response and 365-day coverage.
• Create, schedule, review, and approve work orders for the region.
• Plan annual preventive maintenance including electrical and vegetation maintenance.
• Assist with field technician hiring and resource allocation.
• Review personnel hours and manage budgets.
