OPCO Skilled Management seeks a Director of Social Work to oversee clinical outcomes and mentor staff across multiple facilities. You will assess Social Services operations, provide consultation, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

The role may include interim Director duties on a short-term basis, requiring strong leadership, policy implementation, and adherence to organizational standards. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work (Preferred).
• 1 year experience in Long Term Care (Preferred).
• Corporate/Regional Director of Social Work experience (Preferred).

Responsabilités

• Drive clinical outcomes and mentor staff across facilities.
• Assess and evaluate Social Services departments in our facilities.
• Provide routine consultation services to assigned facilities.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws, rules, and regulations.
• May serve as Interim Director of Social Services on short-term assignments.
