Job summary

Opco-Skilled-Management- seeks a Corporate / Regional Director of Social Work to drive clinical outcomes, mentor staff and implement corporate policies across our facilities. This full-time role oversees social services operations and ensures quality care.

The position requires a Master’s degree in social work (preferred) and experience in long-term care, with responsibility for compliance with state and federal regulations and occasional interim leadership as needed.

Qualifications

• Staff mentoring and leadership capabilities for social work teams.
• Knowledge of clinical governance and quality improvement in care facilities.
• Ability to implement corporate policies and procedures across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Drive clinical outcomes, mentoring staff, implementing corporate policies & procedures.
• Assess & evaluate the Social Services departments in our facilities throughout Texas.
• Provide routine consultation services to the assigned facilities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant state and federal laws, rules, and regulations.
• May occasionally be assigned as Interim Director of Social Services on a short-term basis.
• Other duties as assigned
