Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• At least two years of experience supervising and managing employees.
• Customer service experience preferred and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience with building management or project management is helpful.

• Coordinate building and grounds management for a professional environment.
• Oversee conferencing services and strive to meet revenue expectations.
• Collaborate with IWU staff and external partners to support regional ventures.
