Job summary

Clear Channel Outdoor is seeking a Regional Sign Inspector in Chicago, IL. You will coordinate with Real Estate and Operations to inspect inventory, assess safety hazards, and ensure standards are met.

You will prepare weekly inspection reports and action recommendations, and supervise staff or contractors as needed. Responsibilities include emergency assessments after natural disasters, maintaining blueprints, and communicating findings to leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the construction field.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education, training, or military experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience related to each certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate critical failure points and overall site location to identify safety issues.
• Identify sign structures for quality standards and complete inspection reports weekly.
• Send reports to branch President, Real Estate Manager, and Operations Managers.
• Supervise and direct personnel assigned or hired to assist.
• Serve as first responder for structural damages in emergencies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
