• Prepare inspection reports and weekly summaries with recommended maintenance actions.
• Send final reports to branch President, Real Estate Manager, and Operations Managers.
• Supervise personnel assigned or hired to assist in inspections.
• Act as first responder to assess structural damages in disasters.
