Avolta is seeking a Regional Supply Chain Shipping Coordinator in the United States to manage domestic and international shipping, documentation, and carrier relationships. You will collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to meet schedules and optimize freight costs.

The role requires 5+ years in shipping/logistics and a background with TMS/WMS systems. Expect travel up to 10% and a path for growth within a large distribution network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in shipping, logistics, or distribution in a role coordinating domestic and international shipments.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, international business, or related field preferred (can count toward 3 of 5 years).
• Experience with TMS/WMS and carrier relationship management is expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound domestic and international shipments to support operations.
• Schedule carrier pickups, deliveries, and bookings using TMS and other systems.
• Verify shipping documents for accuracy and customs compliance.
• Maintain shipment records and tracking data across systems.
• Assist with import activities, customs clearance, tariff reviews, and cost optimization.
• Analyze freight costs and carrier performance to improve service and efficiency.
• Collaborate with warehouse, supplier, and logistics partners to meet schedules.
• Produce reports and recommendations to support decisions.
