Morgan Properties, LP is seeking a Regional Service Manager to lead maintenance operations across our regional communities. You will oversee a hands-on team of technicians, mentor staff, and ensure facilities meet safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in maintenance leadership.
• Strong technical expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical.
• Leadership skills with a focus on team development.
• HVAC certification and/or boiler license a plus.
