Qualifications

• Five+ years in engineering, service, or sales with Coperion products or related products preferred.
• Ability to read/interpret engineering reports, technical docs, and operating manuals.
• Ability to write clear routine correspondence and service agreements.
• Effective communication with customers and employees.
• MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with SAP and QAD is a plus.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw conclusions.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to conduct market research and develop customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed annual sales and margin targets for the assigned region.
• Develop account strategies to maximize sales of service products to major accounts.
• Coordinate service support for each machine within the assigned area.
• Maintain accurate information on the status of all Coperion equipment at accounts.
• Collaborate with teams to improve standard service quotations and correspondence.
