Job summary

The Regional Service Manager will oversee Service / Operations business for a defined geographical area. This role is responsible for P&L, A/R, inventory control, and developing department personnel while focusing on quality, growth and customer projects.

You will manage the regional service team, coordinate with installation projects, provide technical training, and implement continuous improvement to lead industry standards in power technology for the customer base.

Qualifications

• Technical graduate with degree in engineering or related technical field.
• Experience in technical service business including field engineering, material coordination, site supervision, revenue enhancement, customer relations and safety management.
• Appropriate managerial experience with well developed human relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional service department’s financial results, performance, quality and customer growth.
• Develop inputs to strategic/annual business plan and cost reduction actions.
• Hire and develop staff, enforce service policies including safety and EEO.
• Coordinate service/installation projects within the region and support ongoing training.

Education

Two-year engineering/technical degree

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Strong human relations skills
