You will drive growth, service excellence, and disciplined financial management while building long-term customer partnerships and a high-performing team.

In this role you will own budgets and forecasts, manage profitability, and execute strategic plans to improve efficiency and margins.

Competenze

• 5+ years leading operations, sales, business development, or profit‑center teams, with revenue growth.
• Budgets, KPIs, and financial outcomes; planning and forecasting.
• Relationship‑first leadership with clear communication.
• Experience in service-based, construction, industrial, manufacturing, distribution or facility services is a plus.
