Job summary

Advanced Roofing is seeking a Regional Service Manager to lead all service branch operations, ensure safe practices, and maintain acceptable gross margins. This hands‑on leadership role requires coordinating Service Managers and growing local sales within the Florida region.

The position emphasizes staff development, budgeting, and achieving high customer satisfaction while upholding Advanced Roofing's standards. Travel across the state is expected as part of this leadership role.

Qualifications

• 4-year technical/business administration degree or equivalent, plus extensive experience in the roofing and construction industry.
• Minimum 5 years' experience and advanced knowledge of all aspects of roofing and construction required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong work ethic and a high level of self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversee service branch operations.
• Oversee statewide service operations and ensure safe practices.
• Set branch objectives, policies, and performance standards.
• Monitor SOP adherence and training statewide.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver excellent service metrics.
• Manage proposals, scheduling, and site visits.
