Job summary

Corvias Corporate Services, LLC is seeking a Regional Assistant Service Manager to oversee a remote team of Service Center Coordinators handling work order tracking and documentation for a military housing portfolio. You will ensure data integrity, lead SOP-driven processes, and escalate issues to onsite teams as needed.

The role emphasizes KPI monitoring, reporting, and strong collaboration with local property leadership.

Qualifications

3+ years of relevant work experience with a minimum of 6 months experience in residential property management.
One year experience in a supervisory role leading a team is required.
Proven success with work order tracking and dispatch and related processes.
Ability to develop, inspire, and manage high-performing teams, including remote employees.
Detail-oriented with ability to deploy standard operating procedures and workflows.

Responsibilities

Oversee, review and enter work orders and maintain data integrity using property management software.
Lead a remote team of Service Center Coordinators and ensure adherence to SOPs for work order prioritization.
Monitor work order closure rates and provide regular KPI-based reporting.
Communicate with local property management leadership about escalations and recurring issues.
Travel up to 20% as needed.
Provide responsive support to escalated customer service issues.
