Job summary

Corvias is seeking a Service Center Coordinator to support maintenance operations and deliver an exceptional resident experience. This remote role requires entering work orders, tracking progress, and maintaining documentation in the work order system with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

• 2+ years in property management or facilities operations with customer service experience.
• Knowledge of the invoice processing cycle from PO creation to payment processing.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with professionalism across channels.

Responsibilities

• Enter and manage work orders in the property management system.
• Track progress and ensure timely completion per SOP.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests and communications.
• Coordinate planned service visits with residents and contractors.
• Process purchase orders and link POs to work orders.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the Regional Service Coordinator.
• Uphold Corvias culture and professional standards.
