Corvias Group LLC is seeking a Service Center Coordinator to support resident services from a remote setting, requiring you to manage work orders, track progress, and adhere to SOPs.

You will collaborate with residents, vendors, and maintenance teams, entering data accurately, prioritizing requests, and helping leaders optimize resources while delivering a superior resident experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in property management or facilities operations with customer service experience.
• Knowledge of the invoice processing cycle from PO creation to payment.
• Excellent communication skills via phone, email and resident portal.
• Ability to work independently in a remote team with strong attention to detail.
• Interpersonal skills with residents from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Enter and track work orders in the property management software to support timely completion.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests and communications.
• Coordinate planned service visits with residents, contractors, and the maintenance team.
• Escalate unresolved concerns to the Regional Service Coordinator.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders including residents and vendors.
• Ensure documentation aligns with SOPs and company policies.
