The role emphasizes safety, customer service standards, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have an associate degree in management with at least 5 years in HVAC/Burner/Propane/Gas service, plus ongoing state licensure and OQ certification.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in management or equivalent training (logistics or distribution preferred).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in HVAC/Burner/Propane/Gas service industry.
• Hold and maintain required state licenses to ensure full compliance and service capability.
• Must be OQ certified and maintain certification.
• Legal Authorization to work in the US is required; visa sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Customer Service Center and field staff to gather feedback and improve service quality.
• Coordinate inspections and repairs of jurisdictional systems with authorities having jurisdiction.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.
• Promote use of technology to schedule technicians and manage paperwork.
• Coach the team to follow standardized procedures and improve performance.
• Advance safety across driving, service work, and installations; mitigate regulatory risk.
• Provide training to support dispatch and delivery.
• Serve as escalation point to remove obstacles for Service Coordinators.
