Job summary

Superior Plus Propane seeks a Regional Service Manager to lead jurisdictional service operations across MA/CT/RI, coordinating inspections, repairs, and regulatory compliance while partnering with the authority having jurisdiction.

The role requires a management-focused candidate with HVAC/Propane experience, relevant licenses, OQ certification, and willingness to travel during peak regulatory seasons.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in management or equivalent, preferably in logistics or distribution.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in HVAC/Burner/Propane/Gas service industry.
• Ability to travel during peak jurisdiction and regulatory season.
• Hold and maintain required state licenses to ensure full compliance.
• Must be OQ certified and maintain certification.
• Legal authorization to work in the US; no sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, managers and field staff to boost customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate audits and inspections with authorities having jurisdiction.
• Review and evaluate KPI achievement related to regulatory compliance.
• Promote use of technology to schedule work and process paperwork efficiently.
• Coach the team to improve performance through standardized procedures.
• Reinforce safety in driving, service work and installation; mitigate risk.
• Ensure training supports dispatch and delivery safety requirements.
• Act as escalation point and remove obstacles for Service Coordinators.
• Manage all jurisdictional sites, including inspections, repairs and coordination.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
