Job summary

Superior Plus Propane seeks a skilled propane construction Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair storage tanks, metering systems, dispensers, and related infrastructure across the region.

You will handle diagnostics, customer communication, and safe operations to ensure reliable service.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years propane gas/oil service preferred.
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree required.
• CDL Class A or B license required.
• Hazmat Endorsement required.
• Legal Authorization to work in the US is required; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair propane storage tanks, metering systems, dispensers, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot propane system issues and identify/repair leaks.
• Respond to customer service calls and emergency repair requests.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for evenings and weekends.
• Communicate with customers, dispatch, and team members.
• Travel statewide overnight approximately once per month.
• Safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.

In this hands-on role, you'll install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair propane storage tanks, dispensing equipment, metering systems, and related infrastructure while helping ensure safe, reliable operations for customers throughout the region.

What You’ll Do:

• Install, maintain, and repair propane storage tanks, metering systems, dispensers, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot propane system issues and safely identify and repair leaks.
• Respond to customer service calls and emergency repair requests as needed.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for evenings and weekends.
• Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and team members.
• Statewide travel overnight approximately once per month.
• Safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.

What you bring:

• 2-3 years propane gas/oil service preferred
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree
• CDL Class A or B
• Hazmat Endorsement required

The hourly rate ranges from $29.00 – $32.00, with flexibility for highly qualified candidates based on industry experience, CDL/Hazmat endorsements, and technicalexpertise.
