Job summary

Superior Plus Propane is seeking an experienced Service Technician for our East Greenville, PA location. You will perform propane service, install tanks, and respond to emergencies while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include leak detection, on‑call rotations, and cross‑training for deliveries. Requires 2–3 years in propane/oil service; HS diploma; CDL Hazmat/Tanker preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years propane/oil service preferred; HVAC experience is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• CDL with Hazmat/Tanker endorsement preferred.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Propane service and tank installation.
• Identify and correct leaks from tank to equipment connection.
• Respond to customer emergencies as needed.
• Rotate on call status during evenings and weekends.
• Perform tank maintenance and prep spare tanks located in the plants for service.
• Complete tank inspections and repairs at customer locations.
• Cross-train to assist with bobtail truck deliveries.
• Communicate proactively with the Service Manager, CSC Manager, Dispatcher, Sales reps, drivers, and customers.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Service Technician to join the team at the East Greenville, PA customer service center. Superior Plus Propane is a premier propane company with exceptional employees who look out for one another's safety. What you’ll do:

• Propane service and tank installation.
• Able to identify and correct any leaks from the tank to equipment connection.
• Respond to customer emergencies as needed
• Rotate “on call” status during evenings and weekends as needed
• Perform tank maintenance spare tanks located in the plants in preparation for putting them in service.
• Complete tank inspections and repairs at customer locations.
• Will be cross-trained to assist with bobtail truck propane deliveries as needed
• Consistently communicate proactively with the Service Manager, CSC Manager, Dispatcher, Sales reps, drivers, and customers as necessary

What you bring:

• Legal Authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job opening.
