Qualifications

• Service Supervisor/Manager background (field service or equipment service).
• Strong scheduling, planning and customer communication skills.
• CNC / machine tool exposure is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of 13 field service technicians across MA / CT / RI.
• Plan and prioritize reactive repairs and scheduled maintenance.
• Customer-facing leadership role (site visits as needed, not hands-on servicing).
