Lineage is seeking a Regional Service Support Coordinator to back our Regional Service Manager, ensuring the regional service team has the resources, equipment, and support needed to succeed.

This role blends office and warehouse responsibilities with a focus on customer and technician support, requiring strong communication, organization, and data-entry accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage asset tracking and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes.
• Maintain accurate inventory and ensure appropriate stock levels.
• Coordinate shipping of supplies and equipment for the regional office.
• Manage service parts inventory and warehouse organization.
• Build and prepare installation packets for new equipment deployments.
• Perform equipment setup and configuration as needed.
• Assist with equipment deliveries when necessary.
• Provide backup dispatch support: taking customer service calls, scheduling service technicians, and coordinating daily dispatch activities.
• Deliver first-level customer phone support and route issues appropriately.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and service area.
• Support special projects and additional operational needs as assigned.
