Job summary

Lineage is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage shipment records and driver assignments. You will ensure accurate documentation, communicate with drivers, and coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams to maintain data integrity.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in varying storage temperatures while using PPE. A flexible schedule including weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills may be required at some facilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to interact with internal and external customers.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Temperature/exposure tolerance in cold and dry storage with PPE.
• May be required to lift a minimum of 20 lbs./9 kgs.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends if needed.
• Comfortable with varying noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Compile and maintain records of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Plan and direct driver’s assignments, including check-in and check-out.
• Serve as first point of contact for delivery drivers.
• Coordinate with warehouse and transportation to ensure documents are completed accurately and timely.
• Verify and count products to confirm data accuracy in the system.
• Notify carriers and team members of pending, no-shows, and unscheduled arrivals.
• Enter data into the warehouse management system (WMS) scheduler.
